3. Data retention

The information in the contact form is not stored in separate repositories or registers, but is stored in the email box for a period of time.
Data collected through Google Analytics is stored in the Google Analytics Tool. The data in the Google Analytics service is collected anonymously and is not identified for each person / person. More information can be found on Google’s own pages.

4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

The handling of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the company.
The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers and maintain customer relations.
Information is not used for automated decision making or profiling.

The gathered information includes: name, company, telephone number, email address and message information field.
We will keep the user’s unique information for as long as is necessary, in accordance with current legislation.

The information is not properly disclosed without any legal basis (the Act on Privacy 759/2004). Otherwise, the processing of personal data will be handled as required by law.

8. Data protection

Careful handling of data is ensured and information processed by information systems is adequately protected. The controller shall ensure that stored data, server access privileges and other critical data related to the security of personal data are processed confidentially and only by employees whose job description they belong to.

9. The right of inspection and the right to demand correction

The registered persons have the right to check his / her data stored in the register and to demand that any possible incorrect information is corrected, or incomplete information updated and corrected. The request to correct or update the collected and stored data shall be sent in writing to Teito Oy.

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request the removal of his / her personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Also, those who are registered have other rights under the EU’s general data protection regulation such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent in writing to Teito Oy. Teito Oy may, if necessary, request the applicant to prove his identity. Teito Oy shall give its response within the time limit set in the EU Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).
